Welcome to Marlin Yard’s Caribbean Community of Impact Volunteers (CCIV)

A Note from Cee Marlin, Founder of Stichting Marlin Yard

Hello you!

Welcome to the Marlin Yard Volunteer Guide!

It’s my pleasure to introduce you to the exciting work we do and the transformative opportunities we’ve designed for our volunteers. At Stichting Marlin Yard (foundation), we know the power of collaboration to create meaningful change. Volunteers are at the core of our Sustainable Development Goal projects in the Caribbean. Your time, energy, and creativity breathe life into initiatives that empower communities, promote sustainability, and celebrate cultural heritage.

For me, working with volunteers is one of the most rewarding aspects of this journey. Seeing individuals contribute to impactful projects – working remotely through or online CCIV Impact Space or on location from Vicky’s Keys our Volunteer Center in Sint Maarten – while growing personally and professionally is deeply fulfilling. That’s why we focus on creating opportunities for you to develop new skills, share your voice, and leave a lasting impact!

To honor your contributions, we offer participation in initiatives like our Eco Shares Program, priority in our $€NG (SENG) group savings app, and the Crowd Profit Sharing Program. These programs ensure your efforts are recognized and that you play an active role in building a sustainable future for the region. There’s no greater joy than seeing the tangible benefits of your work in the communities we serve.

This guide is your first step into a meaningful journey of growth, impact, and collaboration. I can’t wait to welcome you to our team and work with you to create a brighter future for the Caribbean.

Take a look and explore all the exciting ways you can make a difference. I’m so looking forward to connecting with you soon and working together on something truly impactful!

With BIG gratitude and enthusiasm,
Cee Marlin
