His expertise encompassed business and project planning, financial and human resources management, turnkey solutions, feasibility studies, property development, relocation services, and hospitality management.

In 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic period, Cee founded Stichting Marlin Yard, also known as Marlin Yard Foundation, to continue his philanthropic endeavors in sustainability, aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), self-sufficiency, and crowd profit-sharing initiatives.
