Position Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic Lodging & Facility Operations Team Leader to manage our eco-focused accommodation while fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily lodging operations regarding our Holiday Voluntarism Arrangements
- Coordinate facility maintenance
- Oversee volunteering guest services and bookings
- Lead volunteer teams
- Organize community events
- Maintain operational standards
- Implement sustainable practices
Community Living Duties
- Lead evening community meetings
- Coordinate communal living spaces
- Organize community events
- Manage volunteer schedules
- Foster positive community atmosphere
ย Required Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality experience
- Facility management background
- Leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

Our Volunteer Lodging Department offers purpose-built accommodations designed for group volunteering experiences. We provide shared common areas and communal facilities to encourage collaboration and community building.
Our current capacity includes
- Community Dorms: 4 bunk beds (8 sleeps) and 1 tridle bunkbed (3 sleeps)
- Private Studios: 2 queen-size beds
- Total Capacity: 15 volunteers per night
